How long until I see results?
While many users see results in a week, we recommend 6 weeks as the realistic time frame to see real results from a repaired barrier function.
Consistency and patience are key to a lasting result with skincare. It takes a minimum of 28 days for your skin cells to fully turnover so it's important to be persistent and use your Balm at least twice daily. We promise its worth it!
Does the acid mean it will sting?
Absolutely not! Hypochlorous acid is naturally produced by your immune system and is in fact calming on contact.
This benefits inflammatory skin conditions and its antimicrobial properties make it the go to ingredient for acne prone skin to both resolve and prevent breakouts.
For eczema, this makes it a much kinder and safer alternative to the traditional bleach bath.
Can babies and children use it?
Our Rescue Balm, Rescue Cream and Skin Calming Tonic can all be used from 6 weeks of age.
Can I use it while pregnant or breast feeding?
While our Skin Calming Tonic has not been contraindicated for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, we'd recommend referring to the ingredient list to best enable you to choose what's best for your situation.
Care should always be taken to avoid ingestion by baby while breastfeeding.
