How you use it
Gently massage into clean skin as often as needed. Initially, this may be multiple times per day. As your skin improves, the frequency of use will lessen.

What is the difference between Rescue Balm and Rescue Cream?
Our Rescue Balm is comprised almost entirely of botanical oils and butters whereas our Rescue Cream is a traditional water based moisturiser. While they share similar ingredients and the same level of actives, they are two very different products with the Balm offering a significantly higher level of hydration and protection.
For moderate to severe cases, we always recommend starting with the Balm with the option to transition to the Cream to maintain your result. Less severe cases can go straight to the Cream if its their preferred texture.
As always, we suggest those with sensitive skin start with a trial size and perform a patch test before commiting to a full size purchase, even when transitioning from the Balm to the Cream

Great for rosacea!
This balm is really quite remarkable and gives truly amazing results. I have had large areas of my body covered in psoriasis plaques for 20 years. It stared with one small patch on my stomach and multiplied rapidly until I had patches one my torso legs; particularly knees, arms; particularly elbows and the tops of my feet and jaw lines. Psoriasis can be mentally quite debilitating and affects what you wear and daily activities. It often feels worse when people point it out and tell you “that looks sore” ( you think?!) This balm is so soothing. It has completely eliminated the tight, thick and painful feeling that comes with psoriasis. The many plaques have faded, but they are all soft and many are smoothing down. This balm is very nourishing and I finally feel that I am on a positive road to a solution.
Instant flare up and when I contacted the company they were dismissive and I was then ignored.
This is absolutely marvellous. I’ve had eczema just below my eyebrows for around 25 years. Nothing worked except steroid cream from the doctor, which I wasn’t keen to use. This balm started to work from day one. Cleared my skin and stopped the continuous itching. I can’t rate it highly enough.
I bought this for my daughter and now I am getting her 2 more balms. It soothes her skin and makes it good after years of struggle with eczema.
I bought this rescue blm as I had Peri Oral Dermatitis on my face. I must admit that I was very sceptical, but after 3 weeks it has completely gone! I will continue to use this as my daily moisturiser. It’s a lovely product and a small amount goes a long way!
