What is the difference between Rescue Balm and Rescue Cream?
Our Rescue Balm is comprised almost entirely of botanical oils and butters whereas our Rescue Cream is a traditional water based moisturiser. While they share similar ingredients and the same level of actives, they are two very different products with the Balm offering a significantly higher level of hydration and protection.
For moderate to severe cases, we always recommend starting with the Balm with the option to transition to the Cream to maintain your result. Less severe cases can go straight to the Cream if its their preferred texture.
As always, we suggest those with sensitive skin start with a trial size and perform a patch test before commiting to a full size purchase, even when transitioning from the Balm to the Cream

Had really bad sun/heat rash nothing touched it until I tried this
I used this alongside the balm after a horrendous allergic reaction to omeprazole, causing red welts and burning dry skin rashes. I was already on high dose of steroids, so was desperate to find a cream that would calm it. I followed the advice given on the website and it really helped. Try the sample sizes first if you have really bad eczema…
I came out in awful red hives which then turned to dry irritated eczema. Everything irritated it and I thought it would never calm. This helped hugely!
I’ve used it on small outbreaks of eczema and on dry skin. It’s soothing and very effective. Not too keen on the scent but it does the job!
I suffer from TSW after developing various rashes on my torso and being prescribed steroid cream which I used over 2 years. It has left me with very itchy patches all over my body including my scalp. In desperation to try anything, I spotted this balm on a social media feed. It has helped calm the itch and soothe the skin. I love it so much I use it as an all over body moisturiser! I’m on my second tin now plus I love the smell! I have a long way to go to eliminate my TSW but I’m getting there with this balm!
I also find it easier to use the whip version as its cold where I am.
