I've always had dry skin on my hands, likely due to frequent washing and hard water. A few years ago, I had a bad eczema flare-up that I treated with steroid cream. When I had another flare-up a few months ago, I got the same prescription from my GP. But this time, when I stopped using the cream, the eczema came back, leading me to use it again, only for the eczema to return each time I stopped. I knew I couldn't keep doing this. Then I saw an Instagram ad for Rescue Balm and decided to try it. It took a couple of weeks to work, during which my skin got slightly worse, but the skin actually felt like it was healing, so I kept using it. Now, my eczema is completely gone. You really understand how debilitating eczema is once you've experienced it. So, thank you so so so much for giving my hands back!

A lovely product that helps calm damaged skin. Doesn’t hurt even on broken skin. My only complaint is it has little hard balls that dissolve once warmed up in your hands or massaged into the skin. Otherwise it would be 10/10 but give it an 8/10 for this reason.
Easy to apply to face. Soaks into skin. I don't like to have a great feeling to my face especially after I wash my face
Gorgeous cream, lovely smell and beautiful feel. The cream doesn't sink straight into my skin and does take a little while to sink in, because it's almost like an emollient. I rub it between my hands to warm it up and dissolve it then apply all over my body. It is so soothing on my eczema, it smells great (much better than prescribed things), like a perfume herbal smell but it also so gentle on my skin. I have severe eczema and this has massively helped to soften skin, eliminate wrinkles/crustiness from the dryness and absolutely hydrate my skin. As said, it takes a while (maybe 30 mins) to sink in so I like to smother my body and then lie on my bed until it sinks in before getting dressed. I got the 50ml tub and applied it to whole body (literally head to toe) and it lasted just over a week so I now get the refillables.
Greatly appreciating the product! Itching facial skin has completely resolved and is clearer and more moisture loaded than it has been in years. Just wish I could purchase it a little closer to home, but will be continuing to order.
Leaves my skin soft and smooth, and looks more evenly toned. I had an eczema flare up around my next and chest so needed clean products that wouldn't irritate but help reduce hyperpigmentation. So far, very happy with results x

A very light cream but nice. I use this before bed just to soothe my skin and stop any itching. It's quite easy to massage into you scalp too.
I've tried lots of products for my scalp Psoriasis and not found anything that works. However, this shampoo really does seem to reduce the itching. I am no longer itching my scalp almost constantly. It foams up well and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. It has a nice smell to it.
Was recommended this brand by someone. This balm is more gritty than the cream. However that doesn't bother me. This really works to reduce itchiness and redness. My skin looks a lot better after using this. I will be ordering more.
As a lady of a certain age I’ve been suffering with really dry skin particularly on my legs and over the last three mi the have tried three different products that claim to target mature skin. Rescue cream is the only one that has actually made a difference. Just two weeks in and my skin is softer and not itchy all day rather than for a couple of hours. Will be ordering again.
I have double cleansed for many years. I use the Enzymatic Cleansing Balm for the first step, gently massaging my face for about a minute and a half. I rinse off and then follow with the Cleansing Bar. My face feels super clean.
