THE BEST

I recently developer psoriasis and was really struggling until I saw the balm advertised on Instagram. I thought I’d give it a a go and even after the first time I applied it, my skin started to itch less and become less red. After a few days it had almost gone. An absolute miracle and will definitely be purchasing again!

Amazing Cream!

I have been using this for just over a month. It is very calming for my psoriasis. The cream hasn't completely healedthem, but it's amazing how much it's helped and how much they have healed so far! The rescue balm will forever be used in my household!

Rescue Cream

I have suffered from eczema all my life and since the perimenopause it has gone into overdrive. My skin is insanely dry and I am allergic to practically all skincare brands. Having read reviews on Thunderbird Skin - and in sheer desperation - I thought I'd give the Rescue Cream a try. Now, full disclosure, when I first got my order I took one look at the consistency and thought, 'that won't even touch my skin' I tried it and sure enough, my skin drank it in and was still dry, so I shelved it as I had done many other creams before. What I hadn't done at this point was properly read the instructions. A month later, with my skin worse than ever, I went back onto the website and saw that it clearly stated that to begin with, you may need to apply the cream several times a day to get results. At this point I had nothing to lose. So, I went for it, I applied it all over me, several times a day. After two days, I was already noticing a marked difference. Six months on and Rescue Cream is my absolute necessity, as expensive as it is - and rightly so - I buy 3 bottles at a time just to make sure I don't run out. I make use of every promo or special that I see to help keep the cost down. I no longer have to apply it several times a day. I apply it all over my body every morning and that's it, unless my skin is really playing up and then I'll use it before bed as well. It is kind enough to use on my face and when I get flare ups on my cheeks it is the only thing which calms it down. I still have eczema; at 49, I am resigned to knowing that I am stuck with it. But Rescue cream makes it manageable. It eases the itch and the dryness and soreness. And it has a gentle lovely smell, which I appreciate - my husband once commented that I smelled like a hospital corridor because of all the pharmaceuticals I had to use on my eczema and now I don't; small wins. I wouldn't be without this stuff. I can honestly say, as someone who has used every moisturising jollop on the NHS and dabbled in some so called organic concoctions online with disastrous results, that this is the best long-term relief that I have found. Thank you Thunderbird Skin, please don't change the recipe!! And for anyone thinking about buying Rescue Cream for the first time, read the instructions (unlike me) it'll get you to better skin sooner!!

I have been using the repair and protect shampoo for over a year and It’s really helped clear my scalp and hairline. This made me think the rescue cream might help my eczema.
I have tried all sorts of creams over the years but nothing really helped. The rescue cream is the first time I’ve used a cream that doesn’t irritate. It is soothing and calms my hot skin. I will always have eczema but it’s good to have a product that helps to soothe the itch and dryness.

A miracle in a package

I’m that lazy person who never writes reviews but this cream has done so much and I’ve got to talk about it. The rescue balm is a game changer for my little one’s eczema. Bedtime has been cut down from hours of itching and crying to just 10 minutes or less with no tears or itching!!. I’ve tried many many many creams for my little one and this one cleared skin completely; no itching, no scars! I can testify that this works incredibly on black skin. A little trick is to add glycerine to the cream, it locks the hydration in for longer. Please note it’s important to use this for a period of about 2-3 months and I’m sure you’ll see results. It’s been his daily cream from Sept ‘22. I am so pleased I can get rid of all the steroid creams and use something natural. 100% recommend; no regrets.

Thi’s product didn’t work for me at all.
My when i used it on my face the first time i felt a burn on my cheeks.
The morning after when i woke up my face was all red and itchy.
I guess i may be allergic to something in it.

I finally have calm hands!

My eczema has always caused difficulty in my hands, they were constantly red, cracked and so itchy! Since using the Rescue Balm my hands feels calm and soothed for the first time in a long while. I tried lots and lots of different creams which only gave a small amount of relief but this is the first time my hands actually feel soothed for a prolonged time and are no longer red.

Lovely and it works!

Really delighted - this has such a gorgeous creamy texture and makes skin feel really soft and moisturised. My daughter and I both suffer with dry skin and this has really helped. Will definitely be buying again.

Rescue balm has been wonderful. It calms and soothes the itch of eczema like no other product I’ve used.

Seems to work!

Originally bought this for partner who has eczema on his legs. This has given him more relief that many prescription creams, so decided to send one to my grandson. Again a positive result, so now going to send for use on great grandchild.

This product is absolutely amazing. I work outdoors in all seasons & over the last couple of years have started to get a rash around my eyes from where the wind & cold made them water so much. This product is the only thing that helps, it calms the redness, acts as a barrier to protect the skin & help it heal & is so gentle that I can use it right up close to my eyes which no other product could achieve without making my eyes water further. This product, as with every Thunderbird Skin product that I’ve tried really is amazing! 🙂

Raynauds and chilblains

I have raynauds and have big problems with my hands for 9 months of the year. The skin dries and cracks, and I get horrendous chilblains on my fingers that swell and crack, usually leading to some sort of infection. I started using the rescue cream this year and my skin has been so much better. I have still got chilblains from the raynauds this year, but none of them have split, and I found they healed much faster with the soothing rescue cream. My skin is not as dry and grim, and the cream stops the itching that comes from the irritation. Can’t recommend this enough.

Have been waiting for my hormonal monthly eruption and somehow this product has prevented it within only one month!
It’s great. Skin looks clear and glowing, rested. Works best with a washcloth, sometimes I use it as a mask too :)

I have use it daily for over a year now and have only had to use my prescription cream twice in that time (only because I forgot my rescue balm when away overnight). I have also found it aids healing on small cuts etc. As the title says this is the best thing foe.my skin ever!! Thank you

Great for my eczema prone skin

I’ve been using this on my hands which are prone to quite bad eczema, and it has definitely helped. My only complaint is the smell - I really don’t like it and neither does my husband who has also tried it.

Amazing

My daughter has had bad skin for a few years now and nothing either prescribed or off the shelf has help. This stuff however has shown a 90% improvement in about 2 weeks. We are all constantly asking to borrow it for various skin conditions. Recommending it to everyone

Fabulous skin saviour

I love this thick dense balm. It doesn’t have a particularly attractive scent, more neutral shea butter than anything. I use it at night on my hands and feet and wake up to soft moisturised skin. If my skin is sore or aggravated it is an excellent calmer. I use it on my lips and if I’m going out in the cold (minus makeup) I will put a layer over the top of my moisturiser. It also works on the corners of my eyes in the cold weather to prevent chapping. I buy the biggest size and use it all the time. I do not wish to be without it.

Brilliant!

Very impressed. The rescue balm cleared up my husbands and eczema, and the rescue cream has been the only thing I have tried so far which had successfully treated my urticaria.
