Amazed at how it’s relieving my very dry skin while causing no further irritation.
Love the rescue balm and cream! Getting used to using the repair balm in between too. Such a relief to have found something that helps. I’ve been using steroid creams for years so I’m really hoping these creams continue to keep the need for them at bay!
Been using it now for some weeks, but so far its not doing anything.
I have psoriasis all over so whilst this does help it is very expensive as I go through a lot of it.
Sometimes the products appear to work but then I am still getting some dry skin (not as much) and little oily pustules
... disappointing customer service. The lid to the balm was very broken on delivery. I was hoping they'd send me a new lid but apparently this wasn't possible. Instead, they offered me a discount on next purchase. While I appreciatied the gesture I don't feel confident to spend with them again if I can't trust the products will arrive undamaged or they will fix the issue. I've chased on email but been ghosted.
My peri-menopausal cries out for something calming and moisture retaining, where as the nut reaction I get, which flares up into eczema, needs healing on top of these. Rescue Balm covers it all and then some. My skin is so happy
I’m sorry to say it didn’t work for me , I have eczema on my face and lots of people recommend it but it made my face worse
I came to Thunderbird skincare after experiencing some eczema/dryness around my eyes in my 50’s out of the blue. I’d never had any issues with my (until then) easy to care for skin. I ordered the rescue balm and cream. Absolutely fantastic-sorted my itch and redness overnight. I have recommended it to so many friends and family and they all love it. After a particularly severe flare up of eczema, several rounds of antibiotics, a course of oral steroids I have finally found comfort. I had used steroid creams for decades on and off but they just didn't work anymore. I started using the repair balm on my face and after a good 8 weeks of using it morning and night I have smooth clear skin, my fine lines and wrinkles are significantly reduced that people are noticing! I no longer wake up with sore puffy eyes or chapped lips. I could not be more impressed. It's definitely worth the investment of a quality, handmade, natural product. I also use the calming tonic and repair balm on my arms and hands for eczema and dry patches and these are so soothing and reduce itching. I have made several purchases now, keep new pots at the ready which are sent incredibly quickly after ordering. 10/10
I’ve never really used (consistently) toners since perhaps age 13 when my mother handed me a bottle of “sea breeze” circa 1987. That was awful. I don’t know what “prompted” me to branch out and try this product (as I am a loyal a raving fan of the repair balm, and rosehip serum). I’m glad I did. I do feel it services a practical purpose and my skin has really responded favourably. It’s a product I’ve bought multiples of, and will continue to use daily!
I have previously left a review - but wanted to add a photo to show how this product has healed my skin. I hope this second review will be allowed. I developed rosacea in my mid 40s. In hindsight I realize it came hand in hand with perimenopause. It started slow, only flushing, but progressed to type two - which appeared like a permanent case of acne. As someone who had clear skin my entire life, this was distressing, as well as painful. By chance I came across Thunderbird Skin Care looking for solutions. I attribute the healing of my face. My rosacea, untreated, lead to a compromised/damaged skin barrier - it was painful.
I do believe the old adage - a picture is worth a thousand words - I’ve attempted to show a side by side - of my skin. The left is just before I began using the repair balm. The right is approximately 18 months later. Personally - I noticed improvement immediately. Not in appearance-but in reduced pain. The pain my face was experiencing cannot be understated. I would say it took approximately 3-5 months to fully heal the rosacea acne. Closer to 6 months to heal the constant flushing. After 12 months - I never experienced another “acne” type 2 reaction, and my facial colouring - though now rosy, hasn’t been red. I would say - between 7-18 months - the changes were less obvious - but still present. Before - if I “rubbed” my face, that touching would create a hive like “acne” spot. This though was a significant improvement from a full face of unprovoked constant “acne” like painful outbreaks. This would take several days to clear. This reaction became less and less frequent. Now - I can touch my face and I no longer get hives from inadvertent rubbing.
If anyone has sensitive/reactive /hormonal or rosacea skin concerns - I highly recommend trying this hero product. I love it so, that I purchase a years worth at a time. I never ever want to be out of the repair balm or the restore body “balm”.
I don’t know how I came across Thunderbird Skin care - but I’m very glad I did! I’ve tried several products - and have found my hero ones that work for me. This serum is excellent - it has a great feel to it, and my skin really enjoys it. My rosacea is virtually non-existent since finding my personal routine:

Those three are my x2 times a day faithful products.
I enjoy the vitamin C serum and “natural” retinol cream periodically - at night (maybe 3–4 times a week).
Wild Crafted Repair Balm
I had a rash around my mouth and nose for about 1 year.
I had tried so many different creams and potions.
I bought the wild repair balm as a last resort really. Didn't expect much but after about 3 weeks my rash has totally gone.

Really impressed with the Rescue Balm, it’s really helped to calm and nourish the eczema on my elbows , I use it twice a day and it’s almost gone.
My partner had a dry skin build up on his knees from Psoriasis, again by using Rescue Balm twice a day it’s almost gone.

I purchase my lovely set around month ago. Rescue cream is something what I don't leave house without. After 12 years of eczema on my hands, using all of the pharmacy lotions, creams over the counter and prescribed meds - this is the best of the best! I was sceptical at the beginning but I really try everything before and I couldn't believe how quick I feel relieved and my skin start look much better. I have steroid withdrawal symptoms on my face, but since using the repair balm they are almost unnoticeable and I will continue to use it for the foreseeable
I have been suffering from quite bad eczema on my hands and it has been really getting me down. I started using this cream and it’s gone really quickly! As long as you apply the cream consistently you get results really fast!
I’ve seen some great reviews on these products so placed an order as I have eczema on my arms, sadly it didn’t work for me.
I initially bought the rescue balm for my little boy who suffers with eczema. We had tried so many creams, prescription creams... literally everything! This is the only thing that helps him and we wouldn't be without it now. A little goes such a long way. Cannot recommend it enough! I have also purchased the repair balm as a face cream for myself and I am just as impressed! ❤️

This cream smell amazing and when I combine it with Skin Tonic and Rescue Balm the result is amazing. My skin is healed after only about 4 weeks using of these products.
Before that I had many years of eczema and sensitive skin that no medicine could help.
I will definitely buy more and use this instead of other chemicals skin care !
