How you use it
How you use it
Smooth on wet, clean hair from root to tips. Leave in for 3 minutes before rinsing clean and styling as normal. Can be used undiluted as a scalp and hair mask for 2 hours to overnight for intense repair and moisture.
For best results, use with our Protect & Repair Shampoo and Hair Oils for incredibly shiny, touchable hair.

Protect & Repair Shampoo
Definitely an improvement in my scalp after about 5-6 uses. A lot less flaking and scalp greasiness. Still a bit itchy, but my scalp has been itchy for so long I think it will take a while to really settle and heal. The shampoo smells lovely, too.
At 71, I suppose most people notice thinning hair. I have tried 3 of your products now, the Rescue Balm, Rescue Cream and the shampoo. The shampoo takes getting used to, very little lather, so now I shampoo first with regular shampoo and then use the Thunderbird shampoo, use far less and it does lather with the second wash. I used absolutely no product other than shampoo and just finger fluffed and blow dried my hair, next to no tangles, less hair loss, and less itchy scalp. The Rescue Balm is amazing for me, my skin is clearing to the point that I will be able to wear a bathing suit and go back to swimming pool. I hope your company is wildly successful, I would be so disappointed if I couldn’t buy your products! One tiny suggestion….I bought the Rescue Balm refill, it would be great to have an extra label to put on the container for it.
This was good, but the delivery of the pump is rather frustrating. I have short hair and needed 4-5 pumps to get a later up. Not sure I will purchase again as expensive.
I have suffered with an itchy scalp and dandruff for years and my current shampoo and conditioner wasn't working so thought I'd try something else. I have to say although my hair feels lovely and a lot softer since using both the shampoo and conditioner that my head is still itchy and my dandruff is worse than before so I won't buy this product again.
Hi Lucy, we are happy to hear our shampoo and conditioner improved your hair, though are sorry to hear you're still struggling with itchiness and dandruff still. What it sounds like is that your scalp needs a bit of moisture! For this, we recommend rubbing the Rescue Balm into your scalp and leaving it over night before washing it out in the morning with the Shampoo and Conditioner. I personally find conditioning from root to ends before shampooing is also highly beneficial to my scalp's health.
The dandruff getting worse can also be a sign of healing. So many people with dry skin conditions bounce between products because they assume a natural art of the healing process is actually their condition getting worse. As your skin, scalp in your instance, heals, the body starts to purge the unhealthy skin. This causes it to flake off and does look like your skin is getting drier. If this is happening with your scalp, then trying gently massaging your scalp with your finger tips and the Rescue Balm to help loosen off the dead skin prior to washing.
