Shipping policy

We ship worldwide! Most orders are dispatched in under 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. However, we are a small team and dispatch may take longer during peak periods. Delivery time frames are courier's own estimates from the time of dispatch and not guaranteed by Thunderbird Skin. IE choosing a 24 hour service does not constitute a guarantee of next day delivery. This will simply be the service used when your order is dispatched.


Delivery Costs

  • UK: £3.99 + for tracked delivery in 1 -3 days. Orders over £50 ship free. VAT is included in prices.
  • EU: From £5.50 for delivery using your local carrier with delivery time frames of 4 -20 days on average. Orders over £120 ship free with Standard Delivery. VAT is included in prices for orders under €150. Additional duties may be applicable depending on your country's regulations.
  • Europe: From £5.50 for delivery using your local carrier with delivery time frames of 4 -20 days on average. Orders over £120 ship free with Standard Delivery. Taxes and fees may be due on receipt and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • USA: From £4.85 for delivery using your local carrier with delivery time frames of 4 -20 days on average. Orders over £120 ship free with Standard Delivery. No additional taxes or duties charged.
  • Canada: From £4.85  for delivery using your local carrier with delivery time frames of 4 -20 days on average. Orders over £120 ship free with Standard Delivery. Orders under CAD$20 are tax free. For all others, GST of 5% and provincial taxes may be collected.
  • Australia: From £4.85  for delivery using DHL with delivery time frames of 3 -5 days on average. Orders over £120 ship free with Standard Delivery. No GST is generally charged for orders under AUS$1000.
  • New Zealand: From £4.85  for delivery using DHL with delivery time frames of 3 -5 days on average. Orders over £120 ship free with Standard Delivery. No GST is generally charged for orders under NZ$1000.
  • Hong Kong: From £4.85  for delivery using your local carrier with delivery time frames of 4 -20 days on average. Orders over £120 ship free with Standard Delivery. No additional duties or taxes are charged on receipt.
  • Everywhere else: From £4.85 + for delivery with UPS or local carrier. Orders over £120 ship free with code using Standard Delivery. Taxes and fees may be due on receipt and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Thunderbird Skin has no control over additional taxes and duties or how they are assessed. Failure to pay in a timely fashion can result in the destruction of your parcel or its return to us. Thunderbird Skin is not responsible for parcels that are destroyed due to non payment of any duties or fees by the purchaser. In the case your parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of any delivery charges.

Discount Codes & Free Shipping

Please ensure any code and/or free shipping have been applied at checkout. We are unable to retroactively apply or refund discount codes or shipping.

Non-Delivery Of Items

If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:

  • Incorrect or inaccessible address
  • Addressee gone away
  • Parcel not called for

Then you are eligible for a refund of the cost of the item only less our shipping costs or for the item to be shipped again at your expense.

Please note that in the case of an incorrect address, we can only assist if and when the item is returned to us. We are not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
