I have so much to thank Thunderbird for. After battling with lifelong eczema and spending thousands of pounds on every cream and ointment under the sun, I have finally found a natural solution that works for me. I use both the Rescue Cream & Rescue Balm daily and would be truly lost without them now. Redness and dryness has reduced and flare ups can be calmed almost instantly. My skin became so sensitive that irritation seemed to be caused by anything and everything. Within the first few uses of Thunderbird balm, I started to notice my skin calming. I personally use the balm at night for a more intense moisturiser and barrier, but it is not greasy as others can be. I use the cream in the morning and continually throughout the day. It creates a lovely base underneath makeup and is the only cream I have found to work on my hands too. After years of steroid prescriptions and being told I just had to deal with my eczema, I now have hope. I am 5 months steroid free and steadily healing.

For the last 10 years my skin has become more and more sensitive. I was having eczema breakouts more often and more things were triggering it. I have suffered with severe eczema and dermatitis for the last 18 years and was dubious about trying another cream when I must have spent thousands on different creams over the years. I used the balm 5/6 times a day for the first week, and my skin started to improve withing 3 days. Now I only put it on at night with cotton gloves and my skin is normal. The fragile thin skin from years of strong steroids is stronger and the thick patches have reduced. I still get itchy sometimes but I just apply the balm and the itch goes away. Honestly I recommend this to anyone who suffers with similar skin conditions. IT IS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER USED!!!

I’m that lazy person who never writes reviews but this cream has done so much and I’ve got to talk about it. The rescue balm is a game changer for my little one’s eczema. Bedtime has been cut down from hours of itching and crying to just 10 minutes or less with no tears or itching!!. I’ve tried many many many creams for my little one and this one cleared skin completely; no itching, no scars! I can testify that this works incredibly on black skin. A little trick is to add glycerine to the cream, it locks the hydration in for longer. Please note it’s important to use this for a period of about 2-3 months and I’m sure you’ll see results. It’s been his daily cream from Sept ‘22. I am so pleased I can get rid of all the steroid creams and use something natural. 100% recommend; no regrets.

I’m an A&E doctor and am really suffering with psoriasis on my hands as well as elsewhere - this balm has made more difference in a couple of weeks than anything else I’ve tried. It’s brilliant! I bought a sample pot of the rescue balm in a last ditch attempt to find something that would help with the dermatitis/TSW on my face. I’ve tried everything so I thought I’d give the rescue balm a go because I had nothing to lose.

I have suffered from Rosacea for about 30 years, and to no avail found any product that helps my skin condition, Until Now.
I have tried everything on the market for this condition and they work for for 2-3 applications or make my condition worse at first application but the end result is the same. It brings on a very bad flare up and take sometimes up to 4 weeks to settle down again.

You have changed my life. My day consist of constantly itching (sometimes even until it bleeds) leaving dry and sore patches all over my side, back and arms. After trying various kinds of skincare products from the cheap to the expensive ones (that so called "will definitely help), and even prescribed ointments, Rescue Balm is the only one that relieves en sootjes my skin. After applying I am itch-free for a full day! I have placed my second order, even for family members. I am sure that there will follow many more orders :-)

I have started swapping this cream with my usual night cream on alternate nights, but am going to start just using this one - my skin feels so soft in the morning and looks calm and healthy. I have very sensitive menopausal skin and it is so good for it. It has a lovely relaxing scent, which I presume is the tansy, and although it seems quite oily at first, it sinks in very quickly. I love the effects of niacinimide and centella asiatica, which are in this product, and am pleased to find that I don't react the the vitamin c, which I have done in the past. Will definitely buy again, though it is a nice big jar and you don't need very much, so I should think it will last a long time.

This is truly amazing! It had transformed my skin within 4-5 usage! I have sensitive, dry skin but prone to huge breakouts of adult acne. I have been on tablets for acne but they’ve really dried out my skin. Since issuing this 3 days a week I have stopped my tablets and my skin is glowing! I absolutely love it and cannot believe how well it has/is working! Thank you so much.
